  Wellness Activity Courses  
Wellness Activity Courses are offered throughout the year and take place in a variety of settings: on the water, in the woods, in the mountains and even right here on campus. Courses are typically 15-20 hours in duration and follow the quarter schedule but may not necessarily span the entire 10 weeks. Current courses offered include:
  • Outdoor rock climbing
  • Rock Climbing- Top rope setup
  • Snowshoeing
  • Canoeing
  • Kayaking-intro
  • Indoor rock climbing
  • Bouldering
  • Cross Country Skiing
  • Hiking-Adirondack Peak
  • Kayaking whitewater level II
  1. All courses fulfill ONE Wellness Activity requirement towards graduation.
  2. You may register online up to two weeks prior to the first class session.
  3. There are no refunds after the add/drop period.
