Fall 2011 registration is online. Click here for registration dates.

***REGISTRATION CLOSES AUTOMATICALLY WHEN A LEAGUE IS FULL.***

Any team wishing to sign up after a league is full can contact the IM Office (imoped@rit.edu) to be placed on the wait list.

LEAGUES/DIVISIONS:

Tournament: Will have playoffs; Division 1 and Division 2 only.

Rec : NO PLAYOFFS. League champion determined by win-loss record. Division 2 and Co-Ed only.

Co-Ed: In order to register for Co-Ed you must have enough women on your roster to field a team each week (Ex. Soccer: 3 men, 3 women, and goalie; Softball, guy/girl alternate at-bats).

IF ALL OTHER LEAGUES ARE FULL, A TEAM COMPRISED ONLY OF MEN CANNOT REGISTER FOR CO-ED .

TO REGISTER A TEAM:

  • Go to http://rit.ezleagues.ezfacility.com, and click "Leagues" to begin.
  • Scroll down to the league you wish to register for, and then click "Register Online."
  • Click on "I am registering my entire team."
  • Enter team name, your name, email address, gender, last four digits of UID, and Y or N for the "Deaf" field.
  • Click "Submit Registration."
  • YOU MUST READ AND AGREE TO THE POLICIES AND EXPECTATIONS DOCUMENT IN ORDER TO REGISTER YOUR TEAM.
  • You can choose to add team members before you submit the registration or click on the link supplied in the Registration Confirmation email. When you add players, fill in all required fields (phone number is optional, but at least one number must be entered in that field.) Then click "Add Player to Roster." Continue until your roster is entered, then close the Registration window. **IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ADD A PLAYER TO YOUR ROSTER, PLEASE EMAIL THE IM OFFICE AT IMOPED@RIT.EDU.**

TO REGISTER WITHOUT A TEAM:

Anyone who does not wish to form a team can sign up individually. A free agent sign-up sheet will be posted on the door of the Intramural Office (SLC 1217). Once teams and leagues are formed, the free agent list will be emailed to the team captains with the information provided so that they can contact potential players directly. We do not place individuals on teams.

Any current RIT student, faculty, or staff can form a team. Alumni, as well as students from other colleges, are not allowed to participate.
