after a league is full
can contact the IM Office
(imoped@rit.edu) to be
placed on the wait list.
LEAGUES/DIVISIONS:
Tournament:
Will have playoffs;
Division 1 and Division
2 only.
Rec
: NO PLAYOFFS.
League champion determined
by win-loss record. Division
2 and Co-Ed only.
Co-Ed:
In order to register
for Co-Ed you must
have enough women
on your roster to field
a team each week (Ex.
Soccer: 3 men, 3 women,
and goalie; Softball,
guy/girl alternate at-bats).
IF
ALL OTHER LEAGUES
ARE FULL, A TEAM
COMPRISED ONLY OF
MEN CANNOT REGISTER
FOR CO-ED .

TO
REGISTER A TEAM:
- Go
to http://rit.ezleagues.ezfacility.com,
and click "Leagues"
to begin.
- Scroll
down to the league you
wish to register for,
and then click "Register
Online."
- Click
on "I am registering
my entire team."
- Enter
team name, your name,
email address, gender,
last four digits of
UID, and Y or N for
the "Deaf"
field.
- Click
"Submit Registration."
- YOU
MUST READ AND AGREE
TO THE POLICIES AND
EXPECTATIONS DOCUMENT
IN ORDER TO REGISTER
YOUR TEAM.
- You
can choose to add team
members before you submit
the registration or
click on the link supplied
in the Registration
Confirmation email.
When you add players,
fill in all required
fields (phone number
is optional, but at
least one number must
be entered in that field.)
Then click "Add
Player to Roster."
Continue until your
roster is entered, then
close the Registration
window. **IF

A PLAYER TO YOUR ROSTER,
PLEASE EMAIL THE IM
OFFICE AT IMOPED@RIT.EDU.**
TO
REGISTER WITHOUT A TEAM:
Anyone
who does not wish to form
a team can sign up individually.
A free agent sign-up sheet
will be posted on the
door of the Intramural
Office (SLC 1217). Once
teams and leagues are
formed, the free agent
list will be emailed to
the team captains with
the information provided
so that they can contact
potential players directly.
We do not place individuals
on teams.
Any
current RIT student, faculty,
or staff can form a team.
Alumni, as well as students
from other colleges, are
not allowed to participate.
