  • Fall Disability Services Agreements
    DSA's will be emailed to students and professors approximately one week before classes start and again at the end of add/drop. Please make sure to follow-up with each professor to discuss how to make use of your accommodations in each class.

    If you plan to take final exams in the DSO, you must schedule those exams no later than Friday, December 5, 2014 in order to give the office time to coordinate exam week. Exams scheduled after December 5, 2014 will be fit in as the schedule allows.
