Discover the Great Lakes

Lake Ontario is one of the largest freshwater lakes in the world.  As the last lake in the Great Lakes' hydrologic chain it is an important freshwater fishery and also supports many wetlands and aquatic plants. One of the best ways to learn about the lake is to spend a day fishing in the big blue waters of mid Lake Ontario 20+ miles offshore. Late summer (August/September) is the time big salmon (20-30 pounds) are feeding the most. Arm stretching runs and line battles can be brisk or last over 20 minutes of fun. This is the time of the year to catch the fish of a lifetime, meet friends, and take that picture with a huge fish. Discover nature, discover adventure, discover yourself, and discover the RIT region and the Genesee Valley. Come fishing with us on a sport fishing boat charter in the hunt for world class trout, salmon, and a world class experience out of the Port of Rochester. Come kayaking, paddling, and canoeing with us on the Genesee River, the red creek, and the Erie Canal to enjoy history, nature and wildlife.
