Library Information Sessions

All new RIT graduate international students are encouraged to attend the two library information sessions described below. These sessions are designed to make your transiton to graduate study at RIT easier. The sessions fill up quickly, so you are encouraged to sign up as soon as possible. Please complete this form to let us know which programs you would like to attend.

  • Copyright & Avoiding Plagiarism: Be successful in the American classroom by learning the guidelines to using copyrighted materials in your papers, projects, and graduate work, avoiding plagiarism. 
  • Electronic Resources: Join Wallace Library staff as they take you on a virtual tour!.  In this virtual tour you will be introduced to your liaison/librarian, given pointers on how to find and use research level databases needed to complete your thesis, and shown a host of electronic resources and services to make locating, accessing, and managing information a breeze!
