Dining During Orientation

Dining facilities will be open for lunch and dinner during Orientation. Families and students are encouraged to dine on campus. For locations and menus, click here.

Students who live in the residence halls must purchase a meal plan. Meal plans begin with dinner on the first day of Orientation. During Orientation and the first week of classes, you will have the option of adjusting your meal plan if desired. You need your RIT University ID card to access your meal plan.

Freshman commuter students will be able to use their RIT University ID card to receive complimentary meals during Orientation.

Family meals are not included in the Orientation fee but meals are available for families to purchase at all dining locations.
