RIT Connectology Leadership Conference

Don't miss out on this outstanding and worthwhile one-day opportunity! The RIT Connectology Leadership Conference offers a wide variety of Leadership Development and Career Readiness Workshops where students and alumni can develop the skills necessary to get ahead and stay ahead in their careers. The conference offers 24 separate workshops which are facilitated by speakers from RIT and the Greater Rochester Community and features nationally renowned motivational speakers.
The speakers and conference sessions are guaranteed to inspire you and leave you with many tips on how to succeed as a leader in your career and personal lives. Conference participants will also have the opportunity to work towards earning one of RIT's leadership certificates. Connectology is guaranteed to leave you with leadership skills that will last a lifetime. (Reflection paper must be submitted following the conference.)
Connectology admission is $10 for RIT students and $20 for Non-RIT students and alumni.
Offering Six Tracks (4 Workshops Each):
Mix and match or take all the sessions in one track.
- Personal Success Skills* - An RLI certificate track that explores what it takes to enrich your personal leadership skills, styles and techniques.
- Organizational Leadership* - An RLI certificate track that focuses how you can apply your personal leadership skills to group, work and community settings.
- Real World - A track designed for junior and senior college students who will be soon transitioning into the "real world."
- Student Leader Series - A track designed to help student leaders solidify the skills necessary to make their organization the most efficient possible.
- Service - A track designed to make you a better leader within your community and around the world.
- Bonus Track - Features a variety of topics, from global leadership and culture, to women in leadership.
