Housing Operations will be installing new cores into apartment doors and distributing new keys for residents currently living in Racquet Club, Riverknoll, Perkins, and Colony Manor. The installation of the new cores should require approximately 10 – 15 minutes to install, and installation teams will be escorted by Housing Operations staff. Residents who are at their apartment at the time of the installation will be able to sign out their new keys at that time. Otherwise, residents will be able to sign out their keys during extended office hours (please refer to the notice you will receive prior to your complex installation time, for more details). To insure your security, residents will only be able to sign out or pick up their key, by presenting an RIT ID or other photo identification.Give ResLife a Piece of Your Mind!
Residence Life will be looking for your feedback on your experience living in the apartments and RIT Inn. The satisfaction survey will be administered by a third party, Educational Benchmarking.
