The Division of Student Affairs at RIT expects staff to engage in professional development in order to increase student success. Student Affairs will support staff to engage in development opportunities to increase professional knowledge, competencies, skills, effectiveness, and to fulfill professional requirements. RIT resources will be used intentionally and strategically for professional development in alignment with the stewardship philosophy of Student Affairs.
