Tutor for Hire

If you are an RIT student looking to find (or offer) private Tutoring services, you have come to the right place! There are many reputable websites to help students improve their math skills. Some sites provide diagnostic tests to help determine your strengths and weaknesses. Other sites provide tutorials, examples, and even videos. Supplemental Instruction

There’s an app for that! The SI at RIT app is a tool that gives students enrolled in SI supported course sections an easy way to stay on top of when and where SI study sessions take place. EMPOWER

EMPOWER is a fee-based program offered through the Academic Support Center (ASC) provides students regularly scheduled coaching with an assigned mentor.  Empower addresses organizational Skills, study strategies, and advocacy skills.  The goal is to encourage student to be academically successful through the engagement in opportunities that will build academic independence.  Please visit http://www.rit.edu/~w-asc/empower.php for more information and to complete the online enrollment form if you are interested in this service.
