Student Outreach Program (return to health education)
Student Outreach Program 2007-2008

The Student Outreach Program was established to build a “bonding” relationship between students and Student Health Center staff.  Staff and students discuss health-related information in the residential and academic environment.  (Students are referred to the Student Health Center for appointments as necessary).

This year, the program will continue to increase the visibility and accessibility of SHC staff to the student population. The Student Outreach Program is designed to be a health resource and promote services offered by the SHC.

Teams of SHC professionals in conjunction with Residence Life, visit student residence and academic areas to introduce themselves, and educate students on a variety of health care topics.

For more information on this program, please contact Timothy Keady, Associate Director at 475-6926 (V/TTY), e-mail: tckshc@rit.edu.
