New NYS HIV Testing Law Requirement All patients who have an appointment at the SHC must be offered an HIV test at least once-regardless of the reason for their visit.

New Scholarship Awarded !
We are pleased to announce that the Howard Freckleton and Roy Hamel Scholarship has been awarded to Matt Purcell for 2011 - 2012. The Howard Freckleton and Roy Hamel Scholarship was created to recognize RIT students who are exceptional Volunteer Fire and/or Ambulance Corps Members.
