Important Information From Dr. Destler, President of RIT, Regarding Immunizations (9-7-09)
Please Note: The Student Health Center received a limited supply of seasonal flu vaccine which is now exhausted. Our H1N1 vaccine order has not arrived. Students will be notified by e-mail and/or flyers when either vaccine is available.
Update: RIT Flu cases - Nov. 2, 2009: The total number of students diagnosed by the RIT Student Health Center with an influenza-like illness (and/or reported to the center but treated elsewhere) was 58 between Oct. 26 and Nov. 1. The center has advised these students to recover in their rooms. Students who are ill must self-isolate until they feel well and have had no fever for 24 hours (with out fever-reducing medicine).
