           Important Immunization Information From Dr. Destler, President of RIT                                 

    11-20-09 Please Note:  The Student Health Center received a limited supply (approximately 100 doses) of seasonal flu vaccine and it is available for students at the Health Center for $20.00 (cash, check, or Tiger Bucks).

    11-20-09 - 3:00 p.m.  Special Announcement:  The Health Center has exhausted its current supply of H1N1 Flu vaccine.  We will notify students when additional doses are available.

    Update: RIT Flu Cases - Nov. 16, 2009:  The total number of students diagnosed by the RIT Student Health Center with an influenza-like illness (and/or reported to the center but treated elsewhere) was 109 between Nov. 9 and Nov. 15. The center has advised these students to recover in their rooms. Students who are ill must self-isolate until they feel well and have had no fever for 24 hours (with out fever-reducing medicine).
