This website provides tutoring information for both hearing and deaf students who are cross-registered in the other colleges of RIT. To obtain a tutor, first check to see if your college offers tutorial support on a regular basis in the college's learning or study center. Designated learning centers include:
Students should contact the staff assistant in the department that offers the course and ask what the process is for obtaining a tutor.
Students can also ask for assistance in math, reading and writing in the
Academic Support Center, located in the
Eastman Building, 01-2390. The ASC also offers time management and study skills classes to improve student performance.
