Learning disability (LD) and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) occur in deaf children and adults at least as often as in hearing children. Identifying, evaluating, and providing dervices for deaf individuals with these disorders is regarded by teachers and other deafness professionals as crucial to their education, career, psychosocial, and life success. This web site shares information about relevant issues, existing resources, contemporary research, and useful publications on LD and ADHD in deaf children and adults. |
