The coursework requires a minimum of six quarters. The program has a total of 94 credits, including 20 credit hours of student teaching and 8 credits of ASL. A cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 must be maintained. Before graduation, students must demonstrate proficiency in sign language at the intermediate level rating of the Sign Communication Proficiency Interview (SCPI).
