Customized Recruiting Services
Our office can customize your recruiting efforts based on your hiring needs. We are committed to building a bridge between the business community and RIT. The majority of employers use job postings, on campus interviews and career fairs to recruit RIT co-op, graduating students and alumni. Additional recruiting options include company information days and access to a resume database.

If you have not worked with our office before, give our office a call (585.475.2301) with your opening and you will be put in touch with a coordinator that will be assigned to your company.

Use our Online System:
Post your job(s) and manage on-campus interviews through our powerful Web-based system RIT NACElink Network. Qualified RIT candidates will apply to your openings online.

New Employers to RIT
RIT is a part of NACElink, a non-profit service provided through an alliance of the National Association of Colleges and Employers, DirectEmployers and numerous collaborating colleges, universities and employers across the country. If you have not registered with RIT NACElink Network or any other NACELink Network member school previously, you can Register as New User or if you have a job to post, you can Register as New User and Post Job.

There is NO COST to employers interested in posting positions directly for RIT students and alumni to access. For a reasonable service charge you also have the ability to to post to multiple NACELink participating schools.

Interviews can be held on-campus or at your work site. Employer guests who interview on campus enjoy personalized service and excellent facilities. Employers with an RIT NACElink Networklogin username and password should call our office at 585.475.2301 to schedule a convenient date to interview on campus before accessing RIT NACElink Network.
