Evaluating your RIT co-op student
is an important part of the cooperative education program
at RIT. The evaluation gives the student, their academic department
and the Office of Cooperative Education and Career Services
valuable feedback regarding their performance on-the-job.
We are now using an
on-line system for completing
your evaluations of RIT co-op students. All employers are
encouraged to utilize the new on-line system, because the
results will be reported in group data and used by the academic
departments for assessment, curriculum planning and student
advising.
EMPLOYER PROCESS FOR COMPLETING
ON-LINE EVALUATION OF CO-OP STUDENTS:
1. Near the end of a student's co-op
work block, the company representative or supervisor will
receive an e-mail message from our office with a user name,

2. Once you log on to the system,
Click on the that particular student to view and complete
the evaluation. There is a 2 hour limit, so please save or

Please Note: Changes to the evaluation can only be made before
