Accommodations
We have made special arrangements with two local hotels nearby -- Radisson Hotel and Doubletree**. Both have free shuttle services from the airport as well as to RIT. Due to the limited space on those shuttles, additional shuttle service between these two hotels and the conference site will be provided by Golden Memories in the morning and evening of September 21st and 22nd. Please note that there will be no extra shuttle service from other hotels.
To take advantage of the special rate, mention the appropriate group name below when you make the reservation.
**Notice that the conference will NOT be using RIT Inn due to some changes, as formerly noted on this web page. Instead, The Doubletree Hotel will have the same rate for up to 30 rooms (King or Double, 1-4 persons, $79). The additional shuttle service will be provided between the Doubletree Hotel/ Radisson Hotel and RIT. There will be NO additional shuttle service between RIT Inn and RIT on conference dates.

By air

RIT Campus
Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) is located in the suburb of Rochester, NY. It is approximately 15 minutes by taxi from the Rochester International Airport. The two hotels offering a special rate (RIT Inn & Conference Center and Radisson Airport Hotel) offer free shuttle service from the airport. The two hotels are also about 15-20 minutes from the airport.

Conference Site, Golisano Auditorium, RIT
The conference site, Golisano Auditorium, is located on the first floor of the Building 70 (Golisano College of Computing & Information Science Building) of RIT. For maps of RIT see RIT Campus Maps. For those traveling by car, you may request visitor’s parking permit hangtag for free of charge. Specify your mailing address for receiving the parking permit in August-September when you register.
