Briefly describe your experience relative to the strand you have selected. List workshops you have attended
and describe your skill level as evidence of your readiness to attend the ITC.
Indicate your commitment, and your department's commitment, to develop and implement your
project within 3 quarters and that your project is part of your plan of work.
