Clinical Research Management
Program Narrative
New York state is experiencing tremendous growth in the number of companies conducting clinical trials for new pharmaceutical products and medical devices, and there is an emerging need for qualified clinical research professionals to manage these trials from start to finish.
To respond to this need and in keeping with its operational goals, RIT’s Center for Bioscience Education and Technology (CBET), in partnership with the Center for Multidisciplinary Studies (CMS), has created an exciting new program in clinical research management through the MS degree program in professional studies. This unique master of science program will be taught by seasoned practitioners in the industry who will provide students with a current and real-world educational experience.
Who should apply?
Current RIT students enrolled in a 4-year program in the bioscience or life science disciplines may be able to complete this graduate degree by adding one more year to their program of study.
Industry professionals employed in the medical sciences, such as registered nurses and clinical research associates, who hold a 4-year, science-based degree also can utilize this program to enhance their career options.
