My name is Grissell Cachicatari, I am a Peruvian, first-year MBA student at RIT. My experience here has been very rewarding and has given me countless opportunities for my personal and professional development.
I have been an RIT student since September 2001 when I started my undergraduate degree and Economics. Through all these years, I have met great and helpful people including faculty, staff, and students who have been key participants in the achievement of my goals.
As part of the RIT student body, both in the undergraduate and graduate levels I have been able to take advantage of the different academic and extra-curricular activities this university offers such as: the RIT Honors program, graduate assistantships, study abroad, International student organizations, volunteering activities, among others.
Overall, RIT has provided my and excellent learning environment and has prepared
me for the challenges ahead. After only one year of my graduate program, I feel
much more confident about working in the business world and being successful
at it.
