Travel to and from Greater Rochester International Airport:

The Greater Rochester Regional Airport (ROC) is served by most major domestic airlines, including American, Delta, Jet Blue, Southwest, United, and Allegiant.

Transportation between ROC airport and the Hyatt Regency Hotel may be arranged by hotel shuttle, rideshare, or rental car. The hotel is approximately 11 km (7 miles) from ROC airport.

• Hotel Shuttle: Call +1 585 546 1234 to request complementary shuttle service between the Hyatt Regency Hotel and ROC airport. Check with the hotel to confirm operating hours for the shuttle.
• Airport Car Rentals: ROC airport car rental counters are located on the lower level adjacent to the baggage claim area. Rental car companies serving ROC airport include Avis, Budget, Enterprise, Hertz, National, and Alamo.
• Taxicabs: Taxicabs are available curbside from the lower level outside of the center entrance.
• Rideshare: Uber and Lyft rideshare services are both available from ROC airport.

Arriving by Automobile:

The Hyatt Regency Hotel offers covered parking to hotel guests. Both valet and self-parking with in and out privileges are available. Check the hotel web page for parking fees.
