2019 International Education Week Kick Off Party
More than 350 students, faculty and staff attended this year's International Education Week Kick Off party. This kick off included food, music, games and special performances like the acapella group Kaminari who interpret songs from anime and Japanese movies.
International Education Week (IEW), is an opportunity to celebrate the benefits of international education and exchange worldwide. This joint initiative of the U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Department of Education is part of our efforts to promote programs that prepare Americans for a global environment and attract future leaders from abroad to study, learn, and exchange experiences.
Every year RIT Global, together with various departments across campus, come together to plan a full week of programming that celebrates the benefits and opportunities provided by International Education.
