Institutional Effectiveness Administrative Unit Assessment Progress Report

Periodic assessment of RIT’s administrative units is a vital requirement for demonstrating continuous quality improvement. The Middle States Standards and the 2015 Strategic Plan, Greatness Through Difference, emphasize this. As a result, the University Assessment Council (UAC) developed a process for RIT's administrative units to report on their assessment practices and processes and use the data for continuous improvement.

The Institutional Effectiveness Progress Report provides an opportunity for administrative units to highlight their objectives, assessment processes and procedures, and how they use their assessment results to guide decisions, planning, and resource allocation to improve services, operations, or processes.
