During next season we expect to give the world premiere of a new piece being written for us by New York composer Paul Brantley. He already has experience writing music for period instrument ensembles, and we look forward to the challenge and excitement of preparing an entirely new piece to play for Bay Area audiences. To learn more about the piece, to be called New Esterházy and its companion piece (written for New York’s Flux Quartet), and to help support their composition, click here.
