On behalf of the RIT Alumni Association, have a wonderful, peaceful 2019!

Happy New Year!

On behalf of the RIT Alumni Association and the Office of Alumni Relations, we would like to wish you a Happy New Year. We hope 2019 is filled with success, happiness and prosperity for you and your family. Of course this is the time of year when we make our resolutions, and we challenge you to include “get more involved with my alma mater” on that list!

The RIT Alumni Association Board is hard at work helping develop and improve an engaging set of alumni programs and activities and we sincerely hope you choose to be involved this year. It could be as simple as following RIT on social media, attending one of our meRIT webinars, or making a gift to your favorite academic program or student organization on campus.

Maybe it’s time to pick up the phone and call that RIT classmate or friend you’ve been meaning to connect with and finally put together the alumni reunion you’ve always talked about. You can even host it in the brand new Joseph M. Lobozzo ’95 Alumni House. There are plenty of volunteer opportunities as well, whether it’s representing RIT at a local college fair, participating on an advisory board, or getting together with your local alumni chapter—there are many ways to stay connected.

However you decide to continue your relationship with RIT, we are here to help you connect—it truly is RIT for Life. Be sure to save the date for this year’s Imagine RIT festival on April 27 and Brick City Homecoming, which takes place October 18–20. We hope to see you sometime in 2019.
