Luticha André Doucette BS ’14 graduated from RIT with a degree in bioinformatics, developing protein surface prediction algorithms. She has since started her own business, as well as served a vital role with the Rochester-Monroe Anti-Poverty Initiative, where she has been instrumental in advancing diversity in the area. We sat down with Luticha to learn more about her RIT experience, career path, and what her Black heritage means to her.

Lean Six Sigma (LSS) is a methodology for increasing organizational productivity and efficiency through a structured problem-solving process called “DMAIC”, utilizing a defined set of tools. You can optimize your company’s organizational systems and work processes by obtaining an LSS certification.
