RIT Men's Lacrosse wins NCAA Division III
National Title
The RIT Men’s Lacrosse team has done it
again. The team won its second-straight NCAA
Division III National Title on May 29, 2022
beating Union College 12-10. This was the
Lacrosse team’s fourth National Championship
appearance, advancing to the final game in
2013, 2017, and 2021.
More than 4,300 graduates
celebrated earning their
degrees at RIT’s commencement
ceremony on May 6, 2022. Each
of the more than 4,300
graduates this year from RIT
should be proud of their
achievement, be excited about
what is next in their lives,
and remember—with grace—what
it took to get to this
milestone.
WITR-FM (89.7), RIT’s
student-run radio station,
had a makeover beginning May
9, 2022 with a new music
format, logo, website, and
later this year, a boost in
transmission power.
Members of RIT’s Electronic
Gaming Society have built a
digital version of the RIT
campus in the video game
Minecraft, the best-selling
video game of all time.
Among today’s generation,
hair is a vehicle for
self-expression and
independence. Spotted across
campus are vivid colors,
selectively bleached strands,
oversized afros, complicated
braids, and carefully
sculpted mohawks, mullets,
and etched designs.
Alumna Danijela Crljen BS ’04
will offer an insight into
the process of becoming a
published writer, describing
the path she took, from the
moment of getting the idea
for the book to the final
step of reaching the
audience.

Rochester-based chain, which
specializes in the unique
drink that commonly consists
of tea accompanied by chewy
tapioca balls or boba. The
chain has been rapidly
expanding across the United
States, with 13 stores in
Chicago; Atlanta;
Chattanooga, Tenn.; and
Annapolis, MD., to name a
few. More locations are in
the works.
