"A few years ago I visited RIT while touring colleges with my daughter.  It was invigorating to be back on campus again, learning about how much the university has to offer.  I realized I have a degree from a really impressive institution and decided it was time to get involved with the local CT alumni chapter - except there wasn't one - so I volunteered to become a chapter leader.  It's been great making connections with fellow alumni and organizing events.  By the way, my daughter was equally impressed with the school, so I'm also an RIT parent!"

"While at RIT I made life-long friends and had access to amazing resources including world-class instructors. Therefore I was inspired to give back to the RIT community to ensure future students would have excellent experiences as well. I find it exceptionally rewarding to help drive the progress of RIT and connect like-minded alumni through our local Connecticut alumni chapter. I currently serve on the Nathaniel Rochester Society Executive Committee and would love to see you at an upcoming event."
