An interactive conference focused on emerging technology in the world’s image capital

Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) and the University of Rochester are proud to be co-sponsors of Light and Sound Interactive, an interactive conference focused on the use of light and sound in some of the world’s fastest growing technologies.

From virtual reality and augmented reality technology to drones and more, Light and Sound Interactive will be a unique opportunity to meet thought leaders, technologists, entrepreneurs, investors and enthusiasts to explore emerging technologies that are changing the way we live, work and play. The event takes place in Rochester, New York, the world's imaging capital.

Light and Sound Interactive will be a perfect opportunity for Rochester-area alumni to experience first hand new research at RIT, while also connecting with the tech industry's leading voices.

In addition the conference, events will be taking place across Rochester in conjunction with Light and Sound Interactive, including film screenings at the Dryden Theatre at the George Eastman Museum. Learn more about everything that's planned here.

About Light and Sound Interactive

Light and Sound Interactive includes an interactive conference, trade show, career fair, tech startup expo, student design competition, networking events, and more. The conference is interactive, featuring talks by leading experts, panel sessions, workshops, and product demonstrations. LSI will be held on September 12-14 at the Rochester Hyatt and Convention Center.
