WOCHA and women physicians educate female students on health

Celebrating Black History Month in February, RIT’s Women of Color, Honor, and Ambition (WOCHA) organization partnered with the Black Physicians of Greater Rochester to discuss women's health with a focus on women of color. This was the second year in a row WOCHA has sponsored this important wellness event for female students in the Multicultural Center for Academic Success.

Four female African-American physicians presented on health topics of particular interest to women of color. Pictured with students from WOCHA are Dr. Breeann Wilson '02, Podiatrist; Dr Gina Cuyler, Internist; Dr. Carolyn Jacobs, Pediatrician; and Dr. Nana Duffy, dermatologist.
