The San Diego Chapter is led by a council of alumni volunteers. These individuals work with staff from the Office of Alumni Relations to plan events, programs, volunteer opportunities and networking connections throughout the year. If you are an alum who loves RIT and is willing to help us organize, promote and build a strong RIT alumni association in the San Diego area, consider joining the council today!

"I am involved with the San Diego Chapter because my years at RIT were some of the best of my life and each time I get to meet and talk to other RIT alums, it brings back some of those memories. Especially being in San Diego, so far away from Rochester, it is nice to be able to connect to other alums. I also just enjoy meeting new people and hearing about the storied lives they lead. The local chapter can also be a great networking opportunity."
"I joined the San Diego alumni chapter because it didn't exist, and I was curious if there were any alumni in this area. Since I had transplanted myself quite a distance from Rochester, which was also home, I was looking to meet new people who had something in common with me... the fact that we both graduated from RIT. 5+ years later I am still active with the chapter, and always look forward to planning new events, and meeting new people."
