"I've always been trying to find ways to remain connected with RIT ever since finishing my degrees ('04 IT undergrad, '07 IT grad). I had a fantastic experience while in school and learned a great deal about my area of study as well as myself while there. The alumni meet ups are a great way to stay involved with the school and they also serve as a great opportunity to see what other folks have been doing since finishing school as well. The DC chapter in particular has a lot of potential in it due to the diversity across commercial, government, and non-profit organizations in the area and a wide variety of venues and locations to gather for alumni events."
