Brick City Homecoming is Here!
RIT’s annual celebration that gathers alumni, students, parents, faculty, staff, and friends of the university begins Wednesday, October 8. Online registration has closed. Visit the Welcome Center in the Eastman Lobby to register during the event. There is something for everyone please join us.

College Alumni Cup Challenge
The College Alumni Cup will be awarded to the RIT college that draws the greatest percentage of alumni participants during Homecoming weekend. The cup will be presented by President Bill Destler to representatives from the winning college during the President's Alumni Ball, held this year on October 10th. The race is on!

Ramsey Press, Inc., announces that it has hired Pamella Stomel (2006) as Account Executive. While obtaining her Bachelors of Science Degree in Graphic Media, she was awarded the Outstanding Undergraduate Scholar Award, recognizing her for her 4.0 GPA.
Wedding Bells are Ringing...
Sheena Liseno (2006) and Stephen Wolanski are happy to announce their engagement. The wedding ceremony will take place in May 2009 in Ganada, NY . I met Steve through helping one of my professors out with a party she planned. He was cooking, and it was the first time I got to see his smile.
It's a Girl!
Laura Loscalzo (2007) and Jeremiah Loscalzo (1994) are proud to announce the birth of a beautiful baby girl, Olivia Ann. She was born on May 19, 2008 in Presbyterian Hospital Huntersville in North Carolina, and weighed 6 lb., 6 oz. and measured 19 inches long.

Xerox President to Deliver 2009 Commencement Address
Ursula Burns, president of Xerox Corp., will be the keynote presenter for RIT's 124th Commencement. Burns will deliver her address during Academic Convocation, 4 p.m. May 22, in the Gordon Field House and Activities Center.

Imagine RIT: Innovation and Creativity Festival is returning for its second year, and it's time to start getting involved. Imagine RIT chairman Barry Culhane and the festival's program committee have issued a call for proposals to participate in this year's festival, which takes place from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. Saturday, May 2.

Athletics

RIT Men's Hockey
The Tigers open their season at home against the Clarkson Golden Knights on Friday, October 17, 7:05pm, and then again on Saturday night as they take on the St. Lawrence Saints at the Blue Cross Arena. It's a great place to show your school spirit. Get your tickets now!
