Provost Jeremy Haefner has appointed James Winebrake as the new dean of the College of Liberal Arts. Winebrake will develop and implement the college's strategic plan and lead the college's research and education initiatives. Read more »

$3M gift to engineering college
The Gleason Foundation gift will be used to recruit and hire talented faculty for the newly established chemical and biomedical engineering degree programs and to assist the new faculty as they establish laboratory facilities and resources for student learning and research. Read more »

Women's hockey ranked No. 1
The No. 1 women's hockey team tied a program record by picking up its 12th consecutive win, defeating Neumann 6-1 on Saturday, January 1. The 12-0 start for the Tigers is now the best in school history. Read more »

After graduation, Vaillancourt '05, '06 (print media, cross disciplinary studies) had numerous job offers, but he decided to return home. He joined the family business, Vaillancourt Folk Art in Sutton, Mass. as director of digital marketing. Read his story »

Beth (Karbowski) Noworatzky '07 and Erik Noworatzky '04 are happy to announce their marriage on July 2 in Wailea, Hawaii. They currently reside in Pittsburgh, PA.

Erin Richards '06 and Riley Zarosinski '05 are happy to announce their marriage on Sept. 4 in Ithaca, NY. They currently reside in Oakland, CA. Rory Scranton '05 served as a groomsman and Michael Marmora '06 was the photographer.
