TALKING ABOUT
facebook
Joe Vicario, a.k.a. "Part Time Joe". You may not know him, but he is the student who keeps RIT's hockey teams prepared for every game. He is an essential part of the Tigers team. Even though he endured 28 surgeries his first 12 years. Even though he was recently diagnosed with cancer. Even though he was born without two organs, a thumb, and an ear. "Everything happens for a reason, and it's not a bad reason. I live the way I can. I'm here. I'm me. Life is good." Joe has faced enormous obstacles in life, but he never lets it get him down. Part Time Joe is an inspiration to us all. Read about Joe's and the Vicario family's tremendous physical and emotional journey: usat.ly/HfbOtm
