Every Tiger’s favorite weekend is coming up! The Brick City Homecoming & Family Weekend is October 18th-20th. There are so many events and activities this weekend, it can be overwhelming for first year students or parents that are unfamiliar with campus. If you’re a returning student and know the campus inside and out, there are always new activities and additions to check out.
However, with a few pro tips you’ll be guaranteed to have a great Brick City Weekend! Here are some things everyone should keep in mind as the weekend approaches:
(1) Because most of the events have a limited capacity, pre-registration is highly recommended. There are plenty of free events, but there are a handful of events that you are required to purchase tickets to attend.
(2) Check in is in the Fireside Lounge at the SAU on Thursday, October 17 from 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM, Friday, October 18 from 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM and Saturday, October 19 from 8:30 AM - 3:30PM.
(3) There is a Brick City website! From the site, you can view a full list of events, purchase event tickets, and access resources such as campus maps, directions, restaurant and hotel recommendations, and FAQ’s.
You can see a full list of events on the Brick City website, but make sure you don’t miss out on these weekend favorites:
