Admission to RIT School of Communication programs is competitive, but we look to make the process as smooth and personal as possible.  While there are no specific requirements in terms of GPA or test scores, the middle 50% of freshmen students accepted scored between 1130-1310 on the SAT or 24-30 on the ACT; transfer students typically have a GPA of 2.5 or above.  Students outside of these ranges are encouraged to speak with us about their options.
