David Ryder

Professor Ryder is an attorney licensed in Florida and New York State. He is a former Assistant Attorney General for the State of Florida and has also served as a staff attorney for the Southwest Florida Water Management District and the Legal Aid Society of Rochester.  

He received his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University and his MA and BA from Syracuse University. 

His areas of academic interest include the differing influence that the judicial, legislative and executive branches of government have on public policy, as well as the influence that third party platforms have had on American public policy.
