Bio

In addition to all the usual complications related to being a human being, college students face unique academic, social and transitional stressors.  My goal is to hold space for you and provide support based on needs and strengths as identified by you. Our work together may look like processing, problem solving or developing new skills and resources to cope with life's challenges. While I have training and experience in several evidenced-based clinical models, my approach is flexible, relational and trauma-informed. I am also the embedded therapist with RIT Q Center and am a member of the LGBTQ+ community. This is an area of work that is meaningful to me and my goal is to maintain a safe and supportive space for queer students.

Outside of my professional life, I love spending quality time with my dogs, travel, art and creative projects and watching bad reality television. What keeps you recharged? Thanks for reading and hope to connect with you.
