A Message On Leadership

We’ve heard people define leadership as “The active pursuit of bettering your environment.” We know this characteristic applies to our Nathaniel Rochester Society members.

It also applies to two very special people: Drs. Bill Destler and Rebecca Johnson. As RIT leaders, their shared commitment to bettering the environment at RIT and positively changing the world around them is clear.

We are happy to have Bill share his thoughts with you as our final Leadership Q&A for this year. And, as he and Rebecca prepare for their final weeks at RIT, we share our warmest wishes for the two of them, and our gratitude for their dedication to this university. Best of luck in your next adventure!
