Recognizing Academic Achievement and Student Leadership.
The NRS Scholarship program is made possible through the generosity of RIT's Nathaniel Rochester Society donors. This unique merit-based scholarship was created in 1991 to recognize RIT undergraduate students for their outstanding achievement. The program now encompasses over 20 separate scholarships and is funded through hundreds of annual leadership donations. Over 2,500 students have benefited from the gifts made by NRS members over the last 25 years.

STUDENTS! Over $150,000 in scholarship dollars available!

The NRS scholarship will be credited to your student account at RIT, but is not paid during periods of cooperative education employment, since co-op students are not charged tuition while employed. This scholarship requires that you maintain a cumulative grade point average of 3.4 or higher to be renewed.

All applicants will be notified in June 2018 of their application status.
