Message to RIT Students | Plans for the Fall 2021 Semester

RIT Dubai will be offering all undergraduate and graduate courses during the Fall 2021 semester in either a hybrid or a fully face-to-face format. Hybrid courses will consist of both face-to-face and online components. The face-to-face components of hybrid courses will be compulsory unless the student is granted an exception as explained below.

If Covid-19 related restrictions recognized by the UAE authorities prohibit you from coming to Dubai and therefore RIT Dubai, students can apply to take the Fall semester online. In this instance, students need to apply through this link as soon as possible.

Students that encounter Covid-19 related health issues that prohibit them from being on campus per UAE authorities’ guidelines must use the established standard university health emergency process to apply for online attendance for the period of the health emergency.
