MS Service Leadership and Innovation - Mission, Educational Objectives & Learning Outcomes


The SLI Program develops leadership skills which prepare graduates to deliver innovative solutions across service industries to advance the quality and competitiveness of service organizations in the UAE, GCC, MENA, and the world. 


  • Exhibit a leadership capacity that fosters innovation and provides value to customers. 
  • Apply systematic critical thinking to problem situations to bring innovation to market. 
  • Translate service design principles across organizations describing how innovation moves from process to market. 
  • Design, implement differentiators to provide a measurable competitive advantage to the organization.
