Master of Science in Service Leadership & Innovation

The Master of Science in Service Leadership & Innovation is delivered through a combination of daytime and evening classes, and online learning, culminating in a comprehensive examination or capstone project. Class schedules cater to working professionals, providing intensive seminars that will allow you to develop and practice the following competencies:

The Master of Science in Service Leadership & Innovation program aims to develop leadership skills that prepare graduates to deliver innovative solutions across service industries to advance the quality and competitiveness of service organizations in the UAE, GCC, MENA, and the world.

The Master of Science in Service Leadership & Innovation Program Educational Objectives (PEOs) are broad statements that describe what you would be expected to attain within a few years of graduation. The Service Leadership & Innovation faculty, in conjunction with its constituents, has established the following program educational objectives:

Students can complete the program by writing a thesis, conducting a capstone project, or completing a comprehensive exam. Students who choose the comprehensive exam will be required to take one additional course: SERQ 787 Service Design and Implementation.
