American Physical Society Fellowship Workshop

When: September 20, 2024, 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Where: Chester F. Carlson Center for Imaging Science, CAR-1275

Applying for a graduate fellowship this fall? Whether it's the NSF GFRP, the NASA FINNEST or NSTGRO, the DOD NDSEG or another, bring your application to our fellowship workshop. A panel of fellowship awardees and reviewers will present wisdom from successful applications to different awards over the past few years. Work on your applications with personalized feedback from the panelists. This event is for graduate and graduating undergraduate students actively writing grant applications for graduate fellowships. You do not need to have finished a full draft. Pizza will be provided!

PRISM - A meeting space for students with intersectional identities

A new space has opened on campus to create community, have conversations, and foster learning through educational and unique programming focusing on women, queer students, and their allies. PRISM, an acronym for the PRogressive Intersectional Space to Meet, is managed by the Women, Gender, and Sexuality Resource Center and is located on the second floor of the Campus Center in the former Reading Room.
