    • Sleep Well Weekly Workshop

    Outreach Groups:

Each week, we are sharing a financial wellness tip to help you make the connection between financial management decisions, your overall wellness, and student success. Money touches every aspect of our lives, and a lack of financial literacy can cause unnecessary stress and negatively impact our mental and physical health.

Relationships, Careers and Talking About Money

The Money Mondays Financial Literacy series continues this month on February 14 from 4-5 p.m. in Saunders Room 1225 & 1235! Co-hosted by Women in Business, this month's topic is Relationships, Careers and Talking About Money.

Navigating the world isn’t easy, and navigating relationships can be even more difficult. Add money into the mix, and you have a perfect recipe for chaos! Money is a critical part of our relationships whether we feel comfortable talking about it or not. Setting big picture financial goals as well as everyday budgeting goals can help ensure a healthy relationship and a bright future together. Plus, learning to communicate effectively when money is an issue can save a relationship. Join presenters Jeff Butler and Stef Soroka as they discuss how to talk about money in your personal lives, professional lives, and how to manage those relationships.

Keep an eye out for the next Money Mondays session, Some Things Shouldn’t Be Left Up to Luck, and check out the Financial Literacy website. Follow the Financial Literacy Team on Facebook and Instagram.
