Each week, we are sharing a financial wellness tip to help you make the connection between financial management decisions, your overall wellness, and student success. Money touches every aspect of our lives, and a lack of financial literacy can cause unnecessary stress and negatively impact our mental and physical health.

Improve Your Financial Literacy

April is National Financial Literacy Month, which means it is a great time to start or continue improving your financial literacy skills! Not sure where to get started? Check out the Zogo app – a gamified financial literacy app that rewards users for completing bite-sized financial literacy lessons on intelligently saving, spending, and managing money.

A big thanks to our campus partner, Advantage Federal Credit Union, for providing Zogo access for RIT community members!

Here’s how to get started:

  • Download the ZOGO app on the Appstore
  • Click on “get started” in the app
  • Select a reward
  • Verify your account using your phone number
  • Build your profile
  • Enter the institution code: RITAFCU
  • Enjoy ZOGO!

For more financial tips and tricks, check out the Financial Literacy website, and/or follow the team on Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram.
