Through interactive mini-case studies, participants can explore women's unique challenges in leading others and progress in their corporate career success. All participants who complete the seminar receive a waiver for their college application to RIT. 

All participants will receive a parent waiver form to participate in the programs and pre-work reading materials to better prepare for the session.
