    Jeff Davis

    Program Director, Executive Education, Adjunct Professor

    Jeff joined the Executive MBA program at the Saunders College of Business in October 2011. He has a variety of experiences to include 12+ years in the United States Air Force, 8 years in financial services, and 8 years in the New York Air National Guard. Between the Air Force and Financial Services, Jeff has strong experience in recruiting. He also previously worked with the Air Force ROTC at Boston University. Jeff is an Adjunct Professor at Medaille College and RIT, teaching Economics, Business Simulation, International Business and Executive Leadership. 

    Some of the places Jeff has worked or lived include the Republic of South Korea, Japan, Thailand, Philippines, China, Guam, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Bahrain. Jeff met his wife Maura while living in Boston and they have two children, Conor and Erin. The Davis family resides in Penfield. 

    Jeff earned his bachelor's degree from Medaille College and his MBA as a member of Class 17 of RIT's Executive MBA Program in 2010.

    Jancy Nightingale-Burch

    Assistant Director of Marketing, Executive Education,

    Jancy is the Assistant Director of Marketing for Executive MBA Programs, leading communications, alumni engagement and cultivating partnerships.

    Jancy has an Associate’s degree in Corporate Communications and Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Elizabethtown College School of Continuing & Professional Studies.

    Jancy previously worked with RIT Catering on campus before joining the Executive Education staff. Prior to joining RIT, Jancy lived in Hershey, Pennsylvania and worked with chocolate and craft beer, leading marketing event initiatives for Hershey’s Chocolate World and Tröegs Brewery respectively.

    Jesse M. Redlo

    Program Manager, Executive Education,

    Jesse Redlo received his Ed.D. in educational leadership, specializing in instructional leadership and educational technology from the American College of Education (ACE) and received his M.S. and B.S. (summa cum laude) in hospitality and tourism management from the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT), where he also completed the Higher Education Fellowship program.

    He has served as an Adjunct faculty member at RIT in various capacities since 2016 and joined the Saunders College of Business as an Adjunct Professor in January 2021. Since joining Saunders, he primarily teaches Management Information Systems, Marketing, and Organizational Behavior.

    Krista Vardabash

    Business Development Manager, Executive Education,

    Krista began working as a strategic planning consultant with business owners and organizations in 1991. Her specialty is in guiding business leaders to identify and define strategies to achieve greater leadership alignment, better performance, improved productivity, and enhanced engagement. Her strength is in developing custom approaches rooted in proven planning and development frameworks. She has facilitated and implemented hundreds of plans for businesses and organizations of many types ranging from commercial manufacturing to international not-for-profits and alternative currency systems. Her work has brought her across the United States and into Europe and Asia.

    Krista graduated with honors from RIT’s Saunders College of Business Executive MBA program in 2012 and taught as an adjunct instructor for Strategic Leadership in 2013.

    Krista has been a board member of St John’s Community for Senior Living in Rochester, New York, since 2013 and currently serves as Chairwoman.

    When Krista is not facilitating strategy and development plans, she leads small group mission trips to Chiapas, Mexico to entrepreneurial communities in Tuxtla-Gutierrez, Simojovel and indigenous communities in the mountains surrounding San Cristobal de las Casas and beyond. Her first visit to Chiapas was in 1996. She has been leading these unique experiences since 2012.
